How do I get wifi booster nodes or actually speak to someone?

I have joined Sky, got wifi max and haven't got wifi signal in some rooms at the back of the house but seem to be going round in circles wondering how I actually get the check on my wifi done and the boosters I need sent out? Anyone managed to do it or got any tips?

@NeilBradd Do you have the Sky Max addon to your system service, this is an optional £10/month that you will see on you bill. All the other details about max are below, and you have to call to get, nothing else will work..... Last one is about calling with the number embedded...

Signed up to full fibre 900 and was sent the basic hub instead of the WiFi 6 version. Told these hubs and WiFi pods are not available at the moment due to Sky buggering up availability volumes. 
such poor service from a big company. 
They advertise this top end package with the latest hub etc but send you the hub created years ago.

Amateur service and I'm telling everyone so.
