How do I get a booster from sky?
I have just had a sky rep at my address and I was told I would be able to get 3 free boosters as my address is a new build and horrendous for signal. I work from home so I need the internet to be as good as possible. I have already purchased a booster but I have been having issues.

Re: How do I get a booster from sky?
Perhaps be aware that neither living in a new build or WFH is relevant, and it would be misleading of a contact centre person to imply they were.
An initial booster is claimable under the terms of the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' as long as the WiFi Max subscription supplement is on the broadband account, and potentially up to two more fitted during a subsequent installer visit.

Re: How do I get a booster from sky?
@JESSMC Seeing as you WFH, I would suggest you consider in investing in your own home network kit.
You don't need to spend a great deal to have a decent network for WFH. This is not to say Sky's WiFi boosters won't meet your needs, but I believe (stand to be corrected) that they are wireless repeaters. A mesh network should be better.
There are many brands to choose from, with many being very easy to set up and use.
A screenshot of my home network shows 52 devices connected. What it does not show are the speeds, which is fast in every room in my 3 storey home
Now TV Sports + Entertainment + Cinema + Ultra Boost @ £36 pm (till Feb 2026)
1000/115 FTTP (Aquiss) to Zyxel DX3301
3 x Asus XT9s + 2 x RT-AC58U V3 for WiFi (AP mode)
65" Samsung S92C OLED TV
C430 Samsung soundbar with subwoofer
6 other streaming TVs
43+ network connected devices

@2muchTV Going to go with mesh for the pod's as the do say that they are using a hidden backhaul on them, never used and never would!
