You would need to seperate the 2.4ghz and 5 ghz so you have 2 ssids and allocate the vaccuum cleaner to the 2.4ghz wifi band
- Log onto router and go to wifi
- Go to 5ghz band and untick synchronise 2.4ghz and 5ghz
- Go to 5ghz ssid and add -5g at the end
- Save
- Go to individual devices and assign wifi band accordingly

I have just got a robot vac, I've spilt my channels, but the vac will not connect to the wifi at all, any suggestions? Password definitely correct, phone connected to the 2.4ghz.
