By default the Q Hub, Sky Broadband Hub and Max Hub models broadcast the same SSID on both 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz bands.
The 2013 Sky Hub, which is effectively obsolete, is 2.4Ghz only.

Re: How do I check my GHz
I had an issue where I couldn't connect my Ring doorbell to my Sky Broadband router. I resolved the issue but to do so, I had to...
- If using your own 3rd party router, make sure your security does not have WPA3 turned on. It seems doorbell cameras don't like WPA3.
- This one is weird and I'm not sure if it affects all 3rd party routers. On my tp-Link router, if I had WPA2-AES/WPA3 turned on, my Ring doorbell would not connect. However, if I changed security to WPA2 connected my doorbell then changed back to WPA-AES/WPA3, then the Ring camera works fine. Odd I know.
- If using the new white Sky Max Wi-Fi Hub, WPA3-T is okay. This is transitional. It should connect your doorbell camera fine. Mine does without issue.
- Make sure you have the 2.4GHz network turned on in the router Wi-Fi settings. Most cameras will not work on the 5GHz band.
Hope these tips help you.
