Engineer visited on scheduled date but he did not install the broadband, still no update.

Engineer visited on scheduled 1st March, 2024 and checked the home, did not come back, still no update?

You can call Sky for an update but usually Openreach issue updates on installs every 1-2 weeks.

Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
