How can I change the WiFi frequency to enabley arlo doorbel to pair??

I need to cuange 5Hz to 2.4 to enable pairing if my doorbell with wifi. How do I change that?

One can split the bands on the older Sky Hub routers or use the Sky App on Sky Max to disable the 5Ghz band whilst pairing the device and then switch 5Ghz back on when the device is paired.
