Hi, I have an issue with someone (a complete stranger) using my broadband, this is sooo annoying! Does anyone know how I can delete and block them from doing this please? I have their mac address if that's any help. Thanks in advance.

Panic over, I've just realised it's my new smart tv 🤦‍♀️. You can probably tell I'm not very tech savvy, apologies.

@Bern2 A total stranger can't just use your broadband unless they have the wifi password, however changing this would stop them connecting.

Are you sure a total stranger has access to your broadband? How do you know this?
