House Move - Sky contact process not working

I'm having the most frustrating time trying to organise my brother's house move. He has learning disabilities so I organise on his behalf.

 

When I try online, the process stalls after I select the new address with a message saying 'checking availability' which seems to go on forever.

 

When I try the bot - it either sends me back to the process that isn't working or it send me to thsi community forum 

 

When I try Live messaging - I get an error message 

 

Email options only send me to complaining about a programme

 

I don't have the time to call and wait on hold

 

Any ideas?

Thank you. We were already set up with the accessibility team. But I hadn't thought to call them! Brilliant - the phone got answered straight away and we got put straight through to the right people. Thank you so. much.
