Moving to Sky from BT

Hi

I have an Openreach engineer due on Friday to upgrade the line to full fibre. As of yet I haven't received a Sky router although the pucks came a couple of weeks ago. Am I right to assume that the engineer will also supply the router?

@Karl27 The router will delivered by Royal Mail and it should arrive before Friday(occasionally they can arrive late).

Pucks are shipped next working day.  Hub delivery is timed for arrival a couple of days before the scheduled activation date, because apparently having them land earlier means they are more likely to be misplaced.
