My Sky Glass TV keeps losing connection with my Sky Q box. My broadband light is orange and while it did come back briefly it has gone off again. I have done as experts have said with switching on and off, pressing the router button for a few seconds and still nothing. I even tried going to Settings and doing as advised on other posts but still no joy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, thank you for your reply.
Yes I have tried this and it says no problems detected. But the amber light is still on my hub and I have no internet still

Hi guys!
My broadband has come back on. I just left it for a while and it has seemed to have sorted itself out. Thank you so much for all your help. It is greatly appreciated. If I have any more issues I will let you guys know.

I spoke too soon! My broadband has gone again. Really fed up now. Is it possible for you still escalate? I can't watch anything as it lasts for around fifteen minutes then goes and loses connection again.
