PREPARATION FOR HOUSE MOVE - MASTER SOCKET OK?

 Hoping to move shortly and property we are moving to has this particular master socket. The product I will be moving is Sky Q with one mini box and I have Sky Broadband Super Fast ( full fibre is not available) . 

My query is whether that particular master socket will suffice? If not will that get changed as part of the moving process initiated with Sky at the time and will they coordinate with Openreach? Alternatively, can I get a head start on the process by approaching Openreach now and how much would it cost?

The socket is fine for superfast.

Providing Ultrafast is not available in the area yet, when you complete the home move it should be a remote activation.
