My internet seems to be cutting in and out and isnt as smooth as before and my devices keep losing connection when they didnt used to do this and it is the same amount i have been using all the time no new devices have been added to my connection at all

No idea what the password or username is i tried both of the ones i usually use when logging into sky etc but nothings working or is it on the router itself

I have the smy Q hub

@Demz28 Username is " admin" without the quotes and the password is sky all small letters.
