Hi I movies house now I can’t get my internet to work in new house

Hi am movied house now my internet won't work guy came out to check Friday and still won't work.. no help on the app

Presumably you arranged a Sky Home Move and the 'guy' that came out was an engineer sent by Sky? What did he say before leaving?
