Hi. I am getting low broadband speed regular,

I am getting low broadband speeds, I spoke to Sky last month about the same fault & they gave me a discount for this month payment, but I want my speed to be as they said it would be 36mb

Hi . New adsl cable arrived on Friday 22nd, fitted to socket & router,

Still not getting correct speed, max I have got over the last 3 days is 30 mb.

Still below the min gaurantee level,

Something else must be at fault,

The day Sky said they were going to test my line I actually got 38 mbs.

But has dropped down to as little as 22mbs,

I was streaming a drama off channel 4 last night and in parts the picture was breaking up

this doesn't happen a lot but not happy that it does at all
