Moving home

Good day I am trying to arrange for moving with my sky but not able to do anything when I try to book it online

@Sha5418 with moving broadband it is not uncommon that a home move cannot be completed online as there could be complications that mean you havecto call in. It would be helful if tge error message told you that but unfortunatly it doesn't.

 

The dedicated home move team should be able to help if you call during the day but I know they are not available late in the evening. Dialling 150 on your Sky Talk line (or Sky Mobike if you havecthat) gives you a free call. Otherwise any of Sky's 03 number should work.
