Hello
our broadband went off around 2pm yesterday and hasn't come back on. I have spoken to sky and they have booked an engineer for 20 August.
I cannot wait until the 20 August as I need internet for work etc. what can sky do? Why won't they send me a new router etc? This is ridiculous - please help 🙂
