@sangita+savania Then you need to speak to sky, good few technical issues currently with sky getting there Hubs to work on the CF CityFibre ONT Network, check out some off the other failed post's.... Here is one there are a good few others!

Hi @sangita+savania

You have posted in the Sky Glass board. This would be better in the broadband board but do you have any more information? Have sky said there is a fault? Are you waiting for open reach etc?

We are fellow customers here on the community so the advice would be to contact sky. Given you have done this, the next step would be to make a complaint: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Re: Help with my full fibre still not working after 3 weeks

Sky are saying there's a fault on the outside, and city fibre are there nothing wrong on their part

Re: Help with my full fibre still not working after 3 weeks

@sangita+savania Read the Linked posting, the others are all the same, CF blaming sky, and sky blaming CF and neither off the two doing diddly squat, so if you do nothing you will be waiting MONTHS or leaving like the others!

If you can say also if you have the Black or White sky hub, one posted black could/would not work so ordered the sky Max white hub and it connected no issue! Can only say what is posted on the Forum!
