Help with connection dropping out daily 3 or 4 times!

Hello has anyone else had an issue with sky broadband dropping out 3 or 4 times a day? I work from home much of the week the situation is becoming dire.

 

how do i resolve this or get out of this contract???

Do you have the black sky hub

 

If so can you post your router stats
