Help with Boosters arrival time

I have been having issues getting Broadband Boost set up as we needed a booster for upstairs, my account kept saying it couldn't be activated which led to me calling repeatedly to be told 'yes, we'll fix the issue, call back in 3 days to get it set up'.
Eventually, someone said they would fill in the form manually and I'd get a phone call to set everything up the following day. Then I could arrange delivery of boosters and the subscription itself.

However, today, I've had no call at all, just an email come through to confirm my subscription is now up and running, my new bill, and saying I'm good to go. But I've not been explained anything at all, I have no boosters or a confirmation to say they've been dispatched or anything. I can find nothing online to help me either. Just an updated contract stating I now have Boost.

Can someone tell me what I need to do because I cannot spend another day calling Sky, I've literally had enough of it now.

@topsymarie87 by default Broadband Boost does not come with a booster you have to claim one. Given the palaver you have been hsving Inam escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
