New customer. Saying password incorrect even though I have entered correctly.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mckenzie2 it is very easy to misread the wifi password on the label say read a number 1 for a letter I. If the issue ia with specific devices then tell the devicecto forgetvtge connection then rdbooy the devicecand try to connectvfrom scratch.
