broadband

hi, new to sky and connection is good however struggling with the broadband shield as i get it is there to stop websites etc but none of my emails load and my partners phone takes an age to get on any page unless it is early hours of the morning, when i go onto mysky app the shield or security tabs don't load just sit and spin has anyone had any issues with this and how did you sort it?

@lewis271 the app should load the pages quite quickly but it sounds like Sky msy have not set up your account properly. I have therefore escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
