Help - Upload speed is set to 1.2Mb/S something is wrong

I checked few things randomly and restarted the router becuase I was having issues with MS Teams calls for a while and it was getting worse.

 

Can This be checked if its normal and escalated if possible ?

@AdamXX your upload speed is unusually low for your download speed but getting it fixed is not going to be easy as Openreach do not guarantee upload speeds and indeed are increasingly unwilling to do any serious work on copper lines so whether Sky can get anything done is far from certain.

 

I will escalate your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
