Help I can't connect

I can't seam to connect to sky, I have moved last week and I was told I would have sky by Thursday last week. Still nothing 😔.

What are the lights showing on your hub, are they all green or are some flashing as this explains the lights on the hubs:

Try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.


If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

@MissSLG Did you home move at the time via sky, and your account may have some info, and if not you should be calling to find out what is going on!
