Unfortunately because of the line plant issue, this is not going to be something that is a quick solution as we detailed in our chat. If you need more specific info you need to call and speak to the Order Recovery team as our team cannot get all this info for you, we are not the specialist team.

The issues above are openreach issues and any move to another openreach isp will put you back to square one.
The new isp will then call on openreach to install and openreach will deal with it in exactly the same way and add another 4 weeks to your agony
