We would need to get into your sky account, so account number, address, security info etc.

Would you like me to invite you to a private chat?

Thanks

@Slinky1992

The Communication Workers Union have been taking industrial action on various dates over the last few weeks which involved Openreach who will now be behind with their work and be playing catch up. This could have impacted your set up date.

Hi there, there can be many different reasons why the services cannot be connected immediately.  What was your activation date?

Thanks

I understand that, I am sorry about the delays, this will be down to openreach not being able to support the activation.

We can't say immediately why though as need account info in order to investigate. I can certainly invite you to a chat and we can look into why there is a delay but we won't be able to speed up the activation unfortunately.

Would you like me to send a chat invite?

Thanks
