I'm moving to a new address and i don't know if i can transfer my sky broadband to a new address and cancel it on old address? How it works and how i can do this?

This will give you the information https://www.sky.com/help/articles/home-move-start but you'll still need to ring them.
Just done this myself and the whole process was straightforward enough if you give them enough notice.

Note the lead time for provisioning at the new address: giving at least two weeks notice is an absolute requirement.
