Hello. I have a new sky hub. Everything is connected apart from a Samsung Smart TV

New SKY hub is working fine. Samsung Smart TV won't connect to it though.  I've tried factory reset. There doesn't seem to be an IP address showing on the tv settings. Any ideas please?

What model of Samsung TV is it

With a white Max Hub you may need to reduce the wireless security level from WPA3 to WPA2-PSK using the Hub settings in the My Sky app.

You can use the same settings to temporarily disable the 5Ghz WiFi band: remember to re-enable it afterwards if you do this.
