is something wrong with my broadband every time I'm watching videos it keeps stopping its been like this for two weeks

If you are using a device connected by WiFi thecsignal from your hub is not delivering that. If itsxa recent issue and it wirked before the issue could be unterferencecfrom a neighbour's WiFi if you suspectvthe try restarting your hub which will mskectge unit find the keast congested WiFi channel.
However that can be a short-term solution long term think about using an Ethernet cable or imoroving WiFi in your home you could buy Sky's solution https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or buy your own kit.
