Having problems getting Sky Fibre in High Green, Sheffield

I've spoken to EE, Plusnet, Talk Talk and Vodafone since last week, none of them can provide services in the area.

The guy from EE said he'd ring me back and that was 3 days ago.

Then they are all in the same boat, unfortunately if the cabinet is full nobody will be able to provide you fibre services.

You may want to look at a 4G/5G solution for now until the situation improves.

If I was to cancel my Sky contract, at least the Fibre, would I have to pay off the remainder of my contract (and it ain't cheap)? Seeing as I renewed about 6 months ago because I didn't know then about my forthcoming change in circumstances.

No, if you move home & Sky are unable to provide the service at the new address you can leave your contract without penalty.

They're coming up next Tuesday to install a Landline and proper Fibre Internet.

They're not actually coming, they're somehow going to set it up remotely, including the landline.
