Having consistent issues with connection dropping - Sky app says no issues

Connection consistently dropping - I've checked the Sky App but apparently there are no issues. Router stats attached. Thanks

Hi @JordanRehill 

Your stats do show that your line is dropping so there is an issue. Is your router connected to the master telephone socket using the supplied adsl cable from Sky and microfilter if applicable?

Same here. WiFi keeps dropping out. Very annoying as I work from home for NHS

Yep connected to the master socket using all Sky provided cables. It's strange as the Sky App is showing no issues with my WiFi or the broadband despite the internet dropping every 2 minutes. Any help/guidance on what to do next would be great. Thanks

Next step would be to call Sky and hopefully get them to send Openreach out
