Haven’t received my booster

Im a new customer and sighed and I'm paying for sky broadband booster but didn't received the booster and have low speed of dead spots in first floor.

Nope, as with many other such posts  you're paying the unfortunately named 'Broadband Boost' subscription supplement.  No booster hardware is bundled initially (unlike the BT Halo 3 product): to receive such a unit from Sky you need to make a claim under the terms of the WiFi Guarantee.
