When is your activation date? Hubs are delivered by Royal Mail in the UK and are usually dispatched to arrive a day or two before activation. You should receive tracking information from Royal Mail.

@Kiennguyen nothing much can happen until Openreach install the line. Give Sky a call to get an update.

To call Sky dial 150 (free) from a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
