Haven’t been scheduled an engineer
Just signed up for the stream and broadband. Everything arrived and was told it would be remotely set up , but have no internet.
after reading can see if I live in a flat an engineer should've been sent to set up my system but I can't get hold of sky and get one scheduled.

When exactly did you place the order for broadband? Stream is usually delivered the next day and your router is usually delivered a few days before activation. Did Sky give you a broadband activation date? This would have been different from your stream activation date.

The property type doesn't necessarily make any difference: it's the applicable broadband technology which counts.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.

It's the table and the two text lines below it which are most useful.

Was activated on July 1st and both the puck and hub had arrived by then.
they've scheduled me an engineer to attend as can't find an issue on their side
