Have you disconnected us before cancellation date?
Our broadband is down buy our services done leave you until November 21st??

@Juliecarlile Know one on the Forum would have any idea off that fact, you are not talking with sky customer service when you post on it!
If you call them they may be able to say! 8am tomorrow morning onwards or by the social media below or via contact us help!
