Have to switch off Wi-Fi on our iPhones to view some websites

Is anyone else having this issue with Sky broadband/wi-fi? Since around January we regularly have to take our iPhones of wi-fi mode to view various'normal' websites that we could view previously whilst using the Sky system. In a nutshell - you can input the website name etc, but they won't load, but immediately do on 4G, and it's getting worse by the day

Since this started happening have you tried rebooting your broadband hub and also the phones at the same time ?

Yes, done both on numerous occasions, but it hasn't resolved the issue 🤔

@caesarome

Try disabling Sky Shield. If you have Apple devices also disable iCloud relay
