I have not recieved router and there is ko router at the property currently house is empty

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@HayleyC check that the postman hasn't left a card at the property telling you how to pick the packet up. If you havent got a card and the activation date has passed call Sky but note they cannot do anything before then.
