Hardly any broadband connection

Our internet is really slow or non existant. It has been like this all week and at certain times we cant watch tv as its just buffering.. wifi is really slow..

@Paula84 to see if there is a line issue log into the My Sky app's Service Checker and click on the broadband link which will showctge currentvspeed to your hub, the guaranteed minmum and recent history. If your speed is lower tgsn the guaranteed minmum tge app should offer help.

 

If the speed to your hub is fine something is wrong with the wifi speed in your home. It could be interference but post again if it is a wifi issue.
