Had full fibre fitted today engineer left at 13:30 saying it will be up & running in 2hrs now 18:50

@Da51 Activations at Sky's end can take up until midnight tp go live.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Da51 unfortunately Sky customer services wont be able to help until tomorrow when they will have the engineer's report. Normally the engineer demonstrates the service before leaving its not clear why your's didn't do that.
