Pixelating on Netflix after splitting router frequencies

Hi, we have recently moved over to full fibre 150 WiFiand had to unsync the 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz frequencies so that all the different type of devices could connect (still having trouble with solar panel app) . Thought we had read other comments about this sometime affecting tv and we have noticed Netflix is pixelating since we split the bands. Does anyone know whether it's just a coincidence or a result of splitting. Can't seem to get sky box to connect to 5Ghz, automatically connects to 2. Thanks

@LynnW1 thec2.4GHz band can carry less data and is more prone to intterference than the 5GHz band so if your Q box is connected using thst band that is the likely cause of your Netflix issues. If you have one of the black hubs itvshould connected to the 5GHz band but try connecting by using the non-Sky option and choose the 5GHz  SSID manually and enter the password thst way rather than using wps.
