HUB RETURNED TO SKY

I am moving into new office premises. I went through Curry's, everything was great. Hubs on its way!! I was not there to receive it, so Royal Mail, sent it back to Sky.

NOW THE PROBLEM BEGINS.... I cannot seam to be able to talk to a person. I have made phone calls and gone on live discussions, followed links and now I'm here. 
Why on earth is it so hard!!! What can I do??

You mention office premises so is it a Sky Business subscription you've taken out?

Yes, I need to order it come out again. Curry's don't want to know. They said to call Sky and I'm getting no where. I just spent hours today, hours of nothing..

Thank you so much for the link. Yes it worked. I was on a Domestic when I should of been on business, so it was all cancelled and re set up. I'm one happy little bunny now..  Wasted 4 hours, I should of asked on here first. Thanks again
