Install of fibre broadband

I have trying to get fibre installed since we moved property in August. After various issues with Sky and BT openreach"s system. We were due to have an install at the end of August. However, this has not happened as BT do not have the equipment in place. However. I have now had the internal wiring completed and an external survey.completed but now nothing. I have heard nothing from either BT openreach or Sky. In fact all that I am getting from Sky are texts from sky saying that full fibre is available in your area, but its clearly not as BT does not have the equipment in place.

That would probably suggest you are in a waiting list for either groundworks or specialist overhead work.

 

If you put your address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker, it should indicate the intended drop cable installation method.
