@Bruce56

27 devices is a lot for a budget router like the Sky hub.

What package are you currently on?

@Bruce56 Superfast service over a copper line delivers the speed the line will support which is up to 80Mb/s but is often far lower for longer lines. When you bought the service Sky will have given you a guaranteed minimum for your line. If you run the connection test in the My Sky app it will tell you current connection speed, speeds for the last few days and if you click through the guaranteed speed. Devices can typically get up to 90% of the bandwidth thst re ports due to the need to a ccount for network overheads.

I had roughly the same number of devices on a SR203 Sky hub without issue but a lot depends on what the devices are and what bandwidth they are using. If you are lucky enough to have say a 72Mb/s bandwidth if say your TV is streaming Netflix while another person is watching the football other users may only se say 20Mb/s. If you have multiple online gamers the Sky hub will start to struggle not because of banwidth but processing power but have lots of IOT bits and pieces and it has no problem. Its a simple question with a complex answer unfortunately.
