Guaranteed speed
For the last 3 days I think the Internet speed has been below the guaranteed speed, I would like to switch from sky, is there an early cancellation fee and if so how much?

If you make a claim under the Sky Speed Guarantee then they may offer to release you from any remaining minimum term without penalty (and you'll get a one month refund of the broadband subscription)
