@Rachel2098 What was full off mud? If it was a duct and the Fibre could not get through then civils team may be needed to get everything clear, sky may carry on with the 2nd part if that is your Internal but until the rest is done then delayed. You will probably get a text to reschedule an appointment next day or so!
