Gravesend Kent Outage

Not had internet for 48 hours.  Although Sky services online state no issues in my area I was advised when I phoned that there is a local outage. Having checked Sky status online again this morning, It says I'm affected by issues in the North of England?? .

can anyone confirm there are issues being fixed for my area ?

@GHaymes the status page only reports large scale issues. Local issues like yours will be being fixed by Openreach but Sky wont know exactly when that will happen as the engineers doing the work often dont know themselves.
