Same no Internet in sudbury hill. WiFi and power green but Internet amber.

Same issue as people in Harrow and Sudbury area, internet light is amber on the router snd the other 2 are green on both sides of amber light, been like this since around midnight, glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem because this means it's an issue with the cables outside, will report this to Sky at 8am as soon as lines open, hopefully they will send an engineer to fix from outside!

At that time of night it could be maintenance taking place. This is carried out overnight to keep disruption to a minimum as most customers are asleep. As some have suggested if it hasn't returned by 7ish in the morning give Sky a call to report it.
