Got new broadband last week and it’s worse than the previous one

Sky changed the broadband last week supposedly to a faster one buts it's worse taking forever to connect

Sky updated broadband last week it’s supposed to be quicker but it’s taking forever to connect

Internet taking forever to connect even slower than the previous one
