Goodbye to sly

Contract ended yesterday sly blocked new supplier from taking over said i was in contract. I was not wont reply to complaints phoned up 3 times once to South africa twice to india didnt have a clue what they were saying. Sly wont give out 12 month contracts new supplier will. Billed for something not in contract for 4 months ahead. They knew that. So called customer is absolutley rotten. Cant speak to manager or managment. Said if i dont reply in next few days will close complaint? Replied 2 times since monday. They are just ignoring. Keep getting email/txt saying just before you go try these deals? I was out of contract they knew it but still blocked new supplier from taking over the line. They No wonder people are leaving in droves

@Geordiebob61 the only reason Sky can block a One Touch switch is not because you are still in contract but you are in arrears. People leave in contract all the time and many isps reimburse the cancellation charges as Sky do themselves for people moving to them..

Re: Goodbye to sly

Thanks for that. I definatly was not in debt. Never missed a payment in all time with sly. Contract ended 16/12/25 had email and was in sky app..they had extended my contract by 1 year apparantley without my permission or consent. After proving this to the so called advisor it eventually went through

Was it an email that said we are keeping you on the same contract for a further 12 months but if you do want to do this then please let us know. Even it didn't say this the fact they sent you an email did mean you could have contacted them to say you do not want a further 12 month contract.
