Hi there I have a question if I may, we are away for a while would it be best to turn the hub off and the ont box off while we are away many thanks

@Chloe142 there is no need to as the units are designed to be powered 24/7 and could receive updates while you are away. Many people have security cameras and other systems that require internet access to operate.
