I can not get WiFi in my Lounge

I have a new broadband package which allows me to get a booster. I can not get a WiFi signal in my Lounge can you organise this to be sorted

@richardLB you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum you will need to ring them to get a boostercsent out.
